Spell Check in a second language
One of the ways to do this is with voice recognition software. I have had him working on Dragon Naturally Speaking all summer. It is not going as well as I hoped. He is not happy with this, even though the spell checker helps him with corrections. Anyone a speech therpist with some experience or suggestions?

Whole language is the best
When my computer chugs it's disk, stops responding and grinds to a halt, that's *speech* recognition. Balderdash. There are other ways to make a computer grind to a halt. I was trying to convey the extra resources required for dictation as opposed to navigation. Perhaps I didn't spell it out clearly enough.

That's why I suggest the MS include a spell checker...I believe Netscape has one. Like I say, it won't happen so long as there's a chance some people will go out and buy I personally, would like some speech recognition. Apple has had it since OS 9.x, and I loved being able to tell the computer, "go to sleep.
